How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Quietcreates Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Quietcreates Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Quietcreates Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach the agency that oversees pest control in California.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@quietcreates.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
